There’s hardly any support from seller for this. Mine had some issues where the DAW controls Were not working and in over 15 days the Native Instruments team was still trying to figure out a solution.I got it working from an expert who charged separately from me.

So those looking to use orchestral sounds like Strings, Flutes, Brass etc will have to get addon libraries.I use Logic Pro X and the controller ideally should work with it. So please beware as FAQs have many people saying that it comes along.Secondly, the included libraries are descent for you to start with but there are hardly any good orchestral sounds included.
